Our CVD reactors are equipped with a dual stage vacuum chamber which both maximizes batch efficiencies and purities. Each batch begins in the initial decontamination chamber before being autonomously moved to the main growth chamber for the diamond growth process.
Integrating an in-built laser cutter lets the user remove any unwanted carbon build up on the diamond without the need of removing the diamonds from the chamber. This increases the overall efficiency of the system and gives the grower more control over the diamonds composition.
We use a patent-pending electromagnet system to control the microwave plasma density across the diamond seeds to allow for even plasma distribution and precise control over the diamond growth speeds. This gives the grower the ability to control the deposition of the carbon which makes it a very valuable tool for both gem and research grade diamond growth.
